Span of Imitators: RibbonSight Series #3

RibbonSight: RibbonSight Series #1

I am taking my first dive into original ebook publishing with a new series of short stories. Mostly it’s for fun. Everything about the entire series is what I want to write, how I want to write it, without any thoughts of ‘writing to market’ attempts. It’s a series dedicated to, well, me.

Because this mentality has been so utterly freeing in my work, I’ve been applying it to everything now, knowing that in the worse case scenario (read: rejection from everywhere) I can always do all the publishing work myself.

The first series (arc…season…whatever) of ten short stories is entitled RibbonSight, from where the first story takes its name.  The rest will be published every week over the course of the next nine weeks. It’s exciting, freeing and a tad bit nerve-racking, but regardless, here is the cover and description with links to both the Kindle and Smashwords versions (B&N to come, I promise).

RibbonSight: RibbonSight Series #1

As a Navadin Council Investigator, Aly doesn’t have a lot of options. At least not any that matter. Yet, when her new partner, Sevori, starts pushing boundaries he shouldn’t, she begins to suspect he might be onto something.

In Drasion, where the ribbons have been ripped to shreds, Aly and Sevori are after a seer. That is, until Sevori decides to show Aly the laxness in the Council’s orders. Then, she hasn’t a clue what they’re after…or how to fight it.
